KEY BISCAYNE, Fla. (AP) — Two-time champion Monica Seles withdrew from the Nasdaq-100 Open on Friday, saying she hasn’t fully recovered from a stress fracture in her left foot. Seles was hurt while practicing last month. She said she didn’t want to rush her return from the injury, which also forced her to miss Indian Wells this month.
